What to do if you have a complaint

  1. First check the manuals and our knowledge base – many issues can easily be resolved with the right instructions.

  2. Still not solved or have another complaint? Please don’t hesitate to contact us.

How to submit a complaint

To help you as quickly as possible, please send an email to:

Include the word COMPLAINT in the subject line of your email.
This will make your message stand out and ensure it receives priority handling.

Please provide us with:

  • Your order number

  • A short description of the issue

  • Photos or videos (if applicable)

Our promise

  • You will always receive a response within 2 business days.

  • We will do our utmost to resolve your complaint fairly and quickly.

  • If it turns out the issue was caused by us, we will of course take full responsibility.

Your right to file a complaint externally

If you are not satisfied with the way your complaint has been handled, you also have the right to submit your complaint through the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform of the European Commission:
